OUR STORY

MH Masonry & Associates was founded in the Spring of 2012. After working together for over 20 years, the four partners; Chris Elbrecht, Daryl Shifflett, Greg Booth and Melvin Hinton, came together and established what is now MH Masonry & Associates. In April of 2012 masonry operations officially began with only 4 employees working on a single project. In just 12 months, MH expanded rapidly, with over 100 employees and over 30 projects in different stages of construction.

The original goal was to become a competitive, high-quality masonry company in the Mid-Atlantic region. In 2017, five years after starting the company, MH Masonry & Associates worked alongside some of the top General Contractors on jobs from Virginia all the way to Charleston, South Carolina. With over 100 years of collective experience among the senior management team, MH Masonry & Associates is continually expanding and looking for new opportunities.
